I made truffles for Valentine's Day. They were very EASY! 1 bag Oreo cookies (I got the reduced fat ones), 1 8oz. block of Cream Chees (I got the 1/3 less fat), chocolate almond bark and whatever toppings you want. Crush the Oreos - I used a ziploc bag and a rolling pin. Add the Cream Cheese...mix well...refrigerate for about 30 mins. Melt chocolate almond bark in microwave until smooth. Make Oreo mixture into balls, dip into chocolate, put onto wax paper, add toppings immediately, cool - ENJOY!
